Membership
ELCCO strives to represent the diverse childcare and early leaning interests of the
Oceanside region by ensuring broad stakeholder involvement. Its membership includes,
but is not limited to: parents; private and non-profit childcare operators serving various
age groups and program types; community members engaged in or supportive of
childcare services; representatives from School District 69 (Qualicum); Qualicum First
Nation; Nanoose First Nation; the City of Parksville; the Town of Qualicum Beach;
Regional District of Nanaimo Area Directors within the SD69 boundary; and the
Parksville and Qualicum Beach Chambers of Commerce.
